In this forum, we would for people that share their cases with our community. We don't need fancy, perfectly written up, glossy-printable material - we just want to have the heart of the matter!
When you have something to share, think about a few things that people typically would want to know:
- Who are you, and who do you work for (if possible)
- What is your role in your organisation
- What would you like to share with the community?
- What was the result of this, for you personally and for your organisation?
- In other words: why is this relevant to the community?
- What were the lessons that you learned, and that you think others should learn as well?
- Anything else?
Hope this makes sense. Of course you can always tweak this to your own taste!
